More than 25 years ago, Steve Collins founded a recruiting firm dedicated to helping life sciences companies identify talented individuals for their organizations. During this journey, he recognized the challenges faced by many companies:
1. Finding highly qualified professionals with expertise in various CMC niche areas;
2. Identifying talented individuals who are experts at managing a wide range of CMC functions.
Realizing the challenges of recruiting within this niche, the decision was made to concentrate all of his firm’s efforts on recruiting for these vital CMC functions. This vision led to the creation of CMCPositions, Inc., which, to the best of our knowledge, is the only search firm 100% focused on recruiting for CMC positions at levels ranging from Specialist to Senior Vice President.
